SuperCampus brings everyday college life into one simple app. Students, staff, shop owners, accountants and administrators each get a home screen built around what they do every day, and see only what their role allows.

FOR STUDENTS
• Order from the campus canteen, stationery store and laundry, and pay from your prepaid wallet
• Separate wallets for each shop, each with its own orders and transactions
• Protect every payment with your wallet PIN
• Show a pickup QR at the counter and follow your order live: preparing, ready, delivered
• Get notified when your order is ready, when your wallet is topped up and about campus announcements
• See payment requests such as fines or bills on your home screen and pay them online
• Request gate passes and carry your digital campus pass
• Read the campus Wall for circulars and announcements

FOR CANTEEN CAPTAINS AND SHOP OWNERS
• A live order queue grouped by customer, with a card for every food item
• Swipe an item to move it along: instant items go straight to delivered, food that needs preparing moves through preparing and ready to serve
• Scan a student's pickup QR to hand over orders in seconds
• Manage the menu, see settled orders and track sales and profit by date range
• See each captain's orders, revenue and average delivery time
• Open or close the counter from your profile

FOR THE LAUNDRY COUNTER
• Create a laundry charge by weight or for ironing and show the student a QR code
• Follow each charge from pending to scanned to paid, with a full history

FOR ACCOUNTANTS
• Add or deduct credits on any campus wallet, with a reason for every change
• Follow every top-up, deduction, purchase and refund in one activity view
• Send payment requests for fines, bills and other dues, and track online payments
• Generate reports as PDF or CSV (daily sales, item sales, wallet balances, deductions, payment requests and more), or email them straight from the app

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Manage users and roles with permissions you can set yourself
• Keep student records, residency and guardian contacts up to date
• Set up departments, programmes, classes and subjects
• Run shops and counters, assign counter staff and arrange shops in your own order
• Send push notifications with images to chosen roles, people or students
• Review audit logs of every wallet and payment movement, and security logs of every sign-in and session
• Publish announcements with PDF or image attachments

SAFE AND PRIVATE
• Your campus manages your account: the institution issues sign-ins, and each person sees only what their role allows
• One active session per account, with sessions an administrator can review and sign out
• Wallet payments protected by your PIN
