Worst app ever... The recharge never gets reflected in real-time and the kids come home hungry.... Every time we have to make a fuss for the amt to get transferred to the card.... They hold your money where you can't use it at all... The what's app chat doesn't work... The contact number is always out of service and no way for you to appeal... You child and you are left at their mercy who will indulge when they feel like.... Sounds like a scam doesn't it....totally frustrated with this...

Every time we recharge it shows pending download and it's quite annoying. Why doesn't it get credited to the wallet balance. The whole purpose of the app is not seen just because of this.My child is unable to use it most of the time because of this.
