RentraAI is the guest app for hotels and short-stay properties that work with us. Sign in once and everything about your stay lives in one place: the door code, the Wi-Fi password, check-in and check-out times, the services your property offers and the orders you place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Sign in by scanning the QR code in your room, or with your email or phone number. There is no password to remember.
- See your booking at a glance: address, dates, arrival and departure times, Wi-Fi and door access details.
- Ask the AI concierge anything, at any hour. It answers instantly and passes real requests on to the property.
- Request housekeeping, report a problem, or order a service your property offers.
- Book a transfer to or from the airport.
- Reach the property and emergency contacts in one tap.
- Follow your orders and their status.

HOW IT WORKS

Every property sets up its own services, prices and branding, so what you see matches the place you are actually staying at. If you stay at more than one property, switch between them without signing in again.

The app is available in English and Russian, and you can switch the language before you even sign in.

YOUR DATA

You can delete your account and personal data straight from the Profile tab at any time. The accommodation contract is concluded with the property itself; RentraAI runs the app and passes your requests on to them.
