The Overthinker's problems solved - I now fall asleep when I want Before using FRENZ, my mind used to race all night long, and I found it really hard to fall asleep. Now, after a month of using this comfy headband, I feel like I have a switch to turn off my racing thoughts. I put on the band, hit the pillow, and the FRENZ AI-led audio tracks guided me into a peaceful slumber.
