Could not correctly identify wakings. Noise masks seem to cause greater disruption to my sleep. Also, what is the point of giving feedback on room noise if it is basically just reporting the noise the app is generating?

Gradual alarm does not work at all so too bad if you need to get up for work. The shift between relaxation meditation into the sound mask is so jarring it wakes you up. The sleep data it collects is also useless. States I do not wake during the night but on several occasions I have gotten up, used the bathroom, had a drink and returned to bed. But apparently I don't wake. Would not recommend.
