Fixes/will fix some annoying things about Stack Overflow.

Currently, features are:

Toggling the right side bar (by default). Click the "R" button at the rightmost of the tool bar to toggle the the sider bar. It removes the right side bar and removes the max width of the content, so that we can see the code snippets without horizontally scrolling them.

More features will be added later as I find something annoying.
