What is NeoOffLine?

NeoOffLine is yet another NEO thin wallet Chrome extension that offers a public key only wallet to protect your cryptos. It allows you to create a wallet using your public key and store your private keys offline. With zero priority gas fee by default, NeoOffLine ensures the security of your cryptocurrencies. However, it is recommended not to generate new wallets, import private keys, or use the wallet on Neo2. Use at your own risk. The source code is available on GitHub.
