Koshi

Koshi is built for the agri-input retailer — the shopkeeper who sells seed, fertiliser and pesticide to farmers across his villages.

The bill book, the udhaar book and the record of who bought what, all in one place, on the phone in your pocket.

A bill in two minutes
• Pick the farmer, add the products, save the bill.
• Send the bill PDF on WhatsApp from your own number.
• Udhaar book — who owes how much, on one screen, with anything older than 60 days marked out.
• An unfinished bill waits where you left it; any past bill can be found and re-shared.

Your farmer book
• Every farmer with his village, land and crops.
• Add farmers from your phone's directory. Only the names you tick are added — the rest are never sent anywhere or stored.
• Find any farmer by name, number or village in seconds.

Your product list
• Seed, fertiliser, pesticide and biostimulants — with brand, technical name and pack size.
• Keep your own prices; your favourites stay on top.
• Anything missing, add it yourself — name, pack, price — and bill it straight away.

Crop calendars
• Calendars signed off by BULL agronomy, per crop and for irrigated or rain-fed land.
• Sowing dates come from your bills, so Koshi shows which farmer is at which stage right now — and who is worth talking to this week.
• Suggestions stay at the level of input category and technical name, for a licensed retailer's own judgement. Koshi does not prescribe anything to a farmer.

Your data stays yours
• Your farmers are visible only to you. No other retailer and no company sees your list or your farmers' numbers.
• Koshi never messages a farmer itself. Whatever goes out, you send from your own number.
