2026-06-15	Co*****	Installed this app when checking into a Wakeup hotel in Copenhagen. It worked for unlocking the room but not for unlocking the elevator, nor for gaining access to the restrooms on the second floor adjacent to the restaurant. Reported this to someone at the front desk, she acknowledged there were problems with the system and gave us a physical card, which did work were it should. This app is clearly not ready for prime time and should be avoided.

2026-05-14	Le*****	Bounced into using this app by Wakeup Hotel in København. App would unlock my room door but not activate the elevator, which meant that having half the functionality available was pointless as I couldn't actually get up to my room. Abandoned using the app and got some "proper" key cards from hotel reception.
