Worked for a day then stopped working

I got the one week plan because I have 2 weeks to finish up my never ending reading assignments. But it wont work. I've had to purchase the plan twice and it didn't work either time. It says "You used up all of your Free Questions! Please purchase one of our Plans to continue using the extension." I've contacted support twice already but theres no way to tell if it went through or how long it will take to get a response. Honestly it would be the perfect app, if it worked properly.

whenever it does work it helps a lot but for a lot of the questions it says I'm the first person to get it which isn't true and it has major issue with keeping me logged in and whenever I log back in it no longer works properly
