I got the one week plan because I have 2 weeks to finish up my never ending reading assignments. But it wont work. I've had to purchase the plan twice and it didn't work either time. It says "You used up all of your Free Questions! Please purchase one of our Plans to continue using the extension." I've contacted support twice already but theres no way to tell if it went through or how long it will take to get a response. Honestly it would be the perfect app, if it worked properly. | |

whenever it does work it helps a lot but for a lot of the questions it says I'm the first person to get it which isn't true and it has major issue with keeping me logged in and whenever I log back in it no longer works properly | |

My cousin put smarter book onto my Mac for Connect homework and I like it. After about 1.5 weeks it stopped working and would not recognize previous questions. I kept getting the message "no one has gotten this question before" and the extension was not functioning properly. You need to remove the extension and redownload it. Now it is back to working and I can finish my HW faster. | |

On every single question it said "You're the first to get this question! Select a random answer and continue with the assignment." Don't waste your time with this and it costs money. | |

This extension will save you sooo much time! I had an assignment that had 150 concepts (which can be around 300 questions). This would normally take me 5 hours to complete (and that's if i'm working fast!). I used smarterbook and I finished the assignment in like 30 minutes. I completed a semesters worth of assignments in 2 days... lol. There will be questions that the bot doesn't know the answer to yet but it learns as it goes! Truly amazing. | |

this tool is such a lifesaver- my professor ended up being behind on lectures and assigned us double the workload for the rest of the semester and i thought i was going to die when i saw how many smartbook chapters we had to complete in a week on top of all our other assignments. i was considering just taking the hit and skipping the smartbooks in favor of other assignments, but this has helped me get everything done on time! | |

Just saw this on Tik Tok, thought it was a scam, then I literally did a 50 concept smartbook i about 5 minutes, out of the 100 question it asked, it didn't know about 68 of them, but it also was learning the incorrect answers as I went through it. But saved me so much time. | |

it seems fine but i have a windows laptop and since i dont have a command button i couldnt use it. instructions for windows was super unclear. |
