Easy Smartbook You are already logged in elsewhere- what is this bro I just bought it. I used it for 2 question. on 3rd question it made me login again and - "You are already logged in elsewhere"

Maybe I'm not using it correctly, but with McGraw-Hill it's getting every single answer wrong, and forcing me to read to answer the questions, I don't understand. It's typing answers like "j984htd" in the question boxes.
