Well Work by Manzil

Well Work is the corporate wellness app for companies that want their people to feel better, every day. Your employer invites you; you take part at your own pace.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Health check: complete validated assessments (WHO STEPS based lifestyle check, PHQ-9, GAD-7, sleep, stress, burnout and more) and get a private result with a clear explanation, personalised recommendations and a downloadable PDF report.
• Challenges: join the challenges your company sets, from step sprints to mindful minutes, alone or with your team, and log your progress with a tap every day.
• Habits: pick a few of 54 small daily habits and check in for 21 days to make them stick.
• Points and badges: every check-in, log and assessment earns points, streak bonuses, badges and levels.
• Rewards store: turn points into vouchers, services and experiences chosen by your company.
• Welly: an AI wellness buddy that answers questions about sleep, nutrition, stress and movement in your language.
• Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support.

YOUR PRIVACY
Your individual answers are never shown to your managers. Your company sees aggregated, de-identified statistics only. You read and sign the privacy policy, terms and an informed consent before you start, and a signed copy stays in your profile. Data is stored in the United Arab Emirates.

Well Work is a wellness programme, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat, and it tells you when to speak to a doctor.

You need an invitation from your employer to sign in.
