2024-12-16	Ta*****	Very very poor service. No ustomer support at all. Issuing of car insurance usually take less than 01 HR. More than 48 Hrs passed, but still not getting insurance policy. Several times called on helpline and also communicated on watsapp but no support. Also requested to return money if they can't issue policy but no positive feedback from policy Bazar.

2024-12-09	ni*****	they will deceive you. pathetic people. dont buy anything from any policy people. even if you ask them 100s of questions still there will be something that they wouldn't have shared with you and which will eventually come when you start visiting hospital and you will get rejections in tests and medicines. these people will chest you. not recommended at all.

You tried forcing me into buying a new policy, and now, after I insisted on extending my current one, you’ve been dragging this out for over a week. I can't drive my car because of your incompetence. Fix this now, or I'll be forced to escalate this further. Enough of the nonsense!

2024-08-27	Vi*****	Below one star, force you to. sign off on an unethical no claim by force and once you purchase the insurance, get a call back saying that insurance price has increased and must pay additional. Refund request also very difficult and had to speak to 3 agents. Be careful.
