This extension enables to user to select custom URLs to replace their default Chrome new tab page.

Although the new tab page has gotten better of these years, some (myself included) require something a little personal. This extension allows user freedom in a lightweight and snappy package.

Privacy Policy: Regarding the permissions required to automate the new URL redirect, this extension does not and will never record any user data. There is no hidden communication with any external sites.

My old redirect stopped working. This is the fifth one I've tried since Chrome's major update, and the only one that works. Thank you!

It does not work for me. The url that I specified is file:///C:/ddrive/webpages/main.htm. When I open a new tab, I see a blank search bar.

It works with the current version of Chrome, and, as advertised, it is VERY FAST. I also love that a new tab clears and focuses the URL bar so you can immediately begin typing a search.
