Users appreciate the service itself and that the app was once easy-to-use, but multiple reviews report major recurring problems: bookings show “full” while buses pass with few passengers; recent updates introduced login and password-reset failures; long waits, cancellations and inefficient routing; and poor or non-responsive customer support, making the system unreliable and frustrating.

Pros

Service is generally good/awesome when the system works (many users still praise the shuttle service).
