our whole department is using this extension. our whole customer service work is mostly dependent on this extension. its a good extension. to the person who are saying they loose their shortcuts, it also happened to me . the key is to click on import/export key and copy your shortcuts and save them into a file onto your computer, because some times when you change your desktop, it does lose some shortcuts. they can surely improve this extension.
