Taekwondo studio manager

Taekwondo Studio Manager is the companion app for Taekwondo schools and clubs using the Studio Manager platform. It puts class check-in, gradings, and student management in the hands of your instructors — at the front desk, on the mat, or on the go.

An account is required. This app connects to your school's Studio Manager system. You'll sign in with the login your school provides — it isn't a standalone app.

Fast, flexible check-in

Set up a tablet as a self-service check-in kiosk, locked to a single branch.
Members check in by facial recognition or a personal PIN — whichever your school enables.
Instructors can also check students in by name or PIN, with clear reasons shown when a check-in is on hold.
Works even when the internet drops: check-ins are queued and synced automatically when you're back online.
Facial recognition — opt-in and private

Face check-in is entirely optional and only enabled with the member's (or their guardian's) consent.
No photos are stored — faces are turned into a one-way mathematical signature used only to recognise the member at check-in.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, which removes the stored data. PIN check-in is always available as an alternative.
Instructor tools

Look up any student to see their belt, age, attendance, guardians, emergency and medical details.
Add timestamped notes and track each student's "areas to work on."
Enrol students for face check-in (with consent) right from your phone.
Gradings, done digitally

Run gradings with structured, on-screen scoresheets for both colour belts and black belts.
Multiple judges can score, with chief-instructor review and sign-off.
Invited and junior judges can sign in with a secure grading PIN.
Black-belt gradings support percentage scoring, mid-terms, board breaks and bonus points.
Scores are saved safely and synced — including through patchy connections.
Register new members

Enrol new students straight from the app, with the same registration form as the web.
