I am not happy with customer care of Yoco.I have been trying to update and verify my profile for the past week and each time I contact Yoco,I get conflicting messages on how to go about resolving this issue.This is clearly not good for business especially if one bought the gadget with the aim of trading from day one.I am now stuck with a product that I can't use because Yoco is unable to fix the problem.

Very poor service the consultants don't know how to help with profile registration. The website when verification lies saying wait few seconds loading bt the loading takes more than few seconds and shut down. YocoGo is the worst machine bought 6 months ago yet the whole Yoco team can't help get it in business. Yoooo what a waste of life Yoco I regret not choosing your competitors.
