The app is more than just an app interface with a nameless broker behind it, it's truly a great experience. The Ctrl family is incredibly helpful, quick and efficient, and my broker happily helped me with a quotation over the middle of a weekend via the app. It's simple to use and gives you everything in straightforward interface. I've changed my review in 2024 because it is currently very buggy. It is just a web page, and it's hard to navigate. I cannot recommend the app at the moment.

App not working since update. I have sold a vehicle and need to remove it from my insurance, but can't access the app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated my OS and nothing has made this version work.
