HOW IT WORKS
1. Register with your SA ID or passport and verify your phone via OTP.
2. Complete a short pre-consultation triage questionnaire.
3. Choose: join the live queue for the next available doctor, or book a 30-minute slot.
4. Pay the R700 consultation fee (or proceed with medical aid).
5. Join the secure video room — your doctor will see you on time.
6. Receive your prescription, sick note or referral instantly in the app.
