Ads can be intrusive and there's no option for an ad-free version.
Issues with the UI, such as the placement of the + button causing accidental edits.

This app provides a sweet and simple way to create flat databases or logs. I created a simple log to keep track of my aunts falls. Once the fields I wanted were setup, it was very easy to post logs. I love it so far...thank you to the developers.

Great app except for one big problem: The + button is shown over the log list, so if you don't tap exactly on the + you sometimes end up editing an existing entry rather than adding a new one. It is very easy to accidentally overwrite an existing entry this wat if you don't notice.
