Flow - Driver: Deliver Fuel

Flow Driver is the on-the-road app for fuel-delivery drivers. It takes you through each load from the terminal to the last customer on one map, with one clear step at a time at the bottom of the screen.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Get a notification the moment a new load is yours.
• See the load you're on, with the terminal, the fuel and every drop.
• Get directions in Google Maps or Waze with one tap.
• Open your loading slip at the gate, even without signal.
• Swipe "I've arrived" at the terminal and at each customer. The app checks you're at the right place, so your arrival times can be trusted.
• Photograph the Bill of Lading. The litres are read for you to check, with no typing.
• Photograph the seal on each compartment before you leave.
• At each customer, photograph the signed delivery note (the delivered litres are read for you); then the site manager types their name and signs on the screen.
• Report a problem on the road, with a photo, straight to your operations team.
• Look back at your past loads.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
• One big action per step; swipes for the steps that matter, so a bump can't confirm by accident.
• Photos are taken with the camera on the spot, never picked from the gallery, so every document is proof of that load.
• A photo too blank to use is caught straight away, and one that can't be read is flagged so you can retake it there and then.
• Light on mobile data: the map is a single picture, not a streaming map.

YOUR LOCATION
Flow reads your phone's location only when you swipe "I've arrived", and only while the app is open. It never tracks you in the background.

Flow Driver is provided to drivers by their transport company. You sign in with your mobile number and a PIN issued to you; an active account from your operator is required to use the app.
