If it was possible I'd rate the app 0 stars, I wonder who created the app. It doesn't work at all, all it know is to say "Oops"😬.Sends the OTP's but never prompts me to enter any OTP, Refer us to the below links that don't even show.It's frustrating as hell. Bunch of useless security features that doesn't even work 💔 All in all, this eZaga app is just useless 🤞🏾not just as a app but as a whole organisation.

There are so many errors happening on this app. We don't receive our allowances in full, and it is difficult to withdraw money apart from the significant and ridiculous charges. I curse the person who implemented this new payment system because we were perfectly fine with Fundi! Bring back Fundi because you have utterly failed us. Students are getting defunded, and others are not receiving their allowances since the implementation of this system. Beyond dissapointed and frustrated.
