I have been having problems with this app and almost months this app didn't work. I have phoned so many time and everytime they say it will be sorted. They close the case and then just forget about my problem. Seems all they care about is the premiums. I have been a loyal customer for 4 cars and years without claiming yet they don't sort this app out. The customer service deserves less then a star. And on the payback booster I am losing trips and paybacks. Can't use the app if I get an emergency

Not working properly with Galaxy A35. Continues tracking forever then gives a bad score. Does not stop tracking a trip. Phone sits on desk and distance keeps going up. Lost daily payback because of this stupid app. Worked fine with previous phone. Now almost impossible to get 5 stars whereas I was always getting 5 stars. Harsh acceleration!!! NONSENSE! Will definitely cancel and look for another insurer, tired of this useless app.
