Worked without issues. I just wish the picture was named after the video title instead of the URL, like yt-dlp does.

It doesn't do anything. No thumbnail-download button appear on any thumbnails anywhere that it claims to. Not on the homepage, not on channel pages, no with search results, not with recommendeds, and certainly not on the video player.
