Doesn't work.

Seems to work well. Is there any way I can change this to YYYY-MM-DD-HH:MM:SS (24-hour/army time without "AM" or "PM") format? Right now it seems I can only show either MM/DD/YYYY (US) or DD/MM/YYYY (GB) which is unfortunately ambiguous. And it also shows "AM" or "PM" which I don't like.

EDIT: On further usage this breaks YouTube at random times, blanking subscription feed, loading "playlist deleted" pages, etc. Re-rated accordingly, think I'll hope for a future fix before committing.
1. Works in video description and channel menus;
2. does not work for playlists or subscription feeds;
3. buggy on search results, sometimes loads sometimes doesn't.
