rather a youtube memory leak simulator, and not open source? no thanks
and as you can see the developer has no clue how to approach this problem since a year

add-on causes *severe* memory leakage and CPU usage on YouTube after long amounts of total usage. i thought it was several other things, but once i disabled this YouTube stopped causing these leaks.
was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt after the sudden advert, but i draw the line at wrecking browser performance for seemingly no reason.
