YouTube Tag Filter helps you focus on videos that match topics you care about. Add your own tags, choose how they should be matched, and the extension automatically hides non-matching videos and Shorts across YouTube. Features:

Filter by video titles, channel names, hashtags, and visible metadata
Choose OR mode to match any tag or AND mode to require every tag
Case-insensitive matching
Whole-word matching by default, with optional partial matching
Supports Home, Search, Subscriptions, channel pages, playlists, related videos, and Shorts
Optionally inspect full video descriptions for additional matches
Optionally block and pause non-matching watch pages
Stores settings locally in Firefox
No advertisements, analytics, tracking, accounts, or external extension servers An empty tag list disables filtering and leaves YouTube unchanged. When full-description inspection is enabled, the extension may retrieve the corresponding video page directly from YouTube. Tags, settings, and browsing information are never sent to the extension developers.
