Features & Capabilities

This Chrome extension adds two handy buttons directly to YouTube video tiles: "Not interested" and "Don't recommend channel." With one click you can mark videos and channels you don’t want in your feed, making YouTube’s recommendation controls faster and more accessible.

In the extension preferences you can disable either button and change button labels to suit your workflow. Lightweight and focused, the add-on improves your YouTube experience by giving immediate, customizable controls for cleaning up recommendations and reducing unwanted content.

Seems to work fine, until you realize that most of your left clicks are completely bugged. This extension caused so many problems for a month I thought it was Youtube having issues. But nope, you get rid of it and suddenly everything works fine again. Useful? Yes. Well coded? Fuck no...

Clicking Not Interested on any videos that are displayed twice (i.e. at the top in "Most Relevant" and then again down below) makes the page scroll down to the second instance

Good, everything I wanted out of it except there is just one issue: If a mix or playlist is recommended to your homepage and you use this extension's button to remove the recommendation, it will instead cause you to save that mix/playlist to your library.
