I think it's broken? Only works for 1 second and then reverts back to normal speed. I'll check back in a day or two to see if this has been fixed. EDIT: Ok it's not entirely broken. It just adds an extra step. Instead of just holding the mouse button to fastforward, you have to hold and drag down to keep it fastforwarding. To unpause you just let go..
