Updating policy payment details in the app launches a web browser page and then starts the update details process again. I went through the circular process two times and waited for the web page until my screen timed out. The app should be able to complete the process or just say "logon via web browser". Bit of a fail there.

App is broken, it won't load my policy. I've called customer service and reset my entire account even reinstalled the app, still nothing. Resorting to Web sites till fixed.
