Cleargate — Gate Pass System

Cleargate is a digital gate register for manufacturing plants and warehouses. It replaces the paper notebook at the security gate with a fast app that verifies a vehicle's documents, issues a printable gate pass, tracks the vehicle while it is inside, and keeps a permanent, auditable record of every movement.

WHAT IT DOES

• Instant vehicle lookup — the operator types a registration number and Cleargate pulls the vehicle's compliance picture in about a second: owner, insurance, fitness certificate and pollution (PUC) status.

• Traffic-light checks — documents are checked against your rules and shown in plain colours. Green means valid; red flags an expired or expiring paper so nothing slips through unnoticed.

• One-tap returning vehicles — start typing any part of a plate seen before and Cleargate suggests it, pre-filling driver, licence and contact details from the last visit. No re-typing.

• Gate passes — issue a uniquely numbered gate pass that freezes the vehicle's details and compliance status at that moment, so months later you can see exactly what was true when it entered.

• Barcode / QR at exit — scan the pass at the gate to check the vehicle out. No duplicate entries: a vehicle already inside cannot be issued a second pass.

• Dock and bay tracking with turnaround time (TAT) — assign vehicles to docks, see what is inside at a glance, and measure how long each vehicle stays.

• Reports — daily, monthly and quarterly summaries and TAT reports, exportable as PDF.

• Works on the plant network — Cleargate connects to your own gate server, so your data stays on your infrastructure. Multiple gates and devices stay in sync.

• Bilingual — English and Hindi.

WHO IT IS FOR

Security operators and supervisors at factories, plants, warehouses and logistics yards who need a faster, auditable alternative to the paper gate register.

NOTE

Cleargate requires access to a Cleargate gate server and a valid operator login provided by your organisation. It is a workplace tool, not a consumer app. In this release, red compliance flags are advisories that are recorded — the operator decides whether to admit the vehicle.
