Pros

Frequent connection and sync problems — often only syncs in foreground, slow cloud sync, and intermittent Bluetooth drops

Recent reviews

Awful experience. Ordered ring on 16th Nov '23. Arrived 27th Jan' 24. Faulty and returned within a month. Replacement ring eventually arrived 24th Apr '24. Broken again by July and returned after lengthy investigation on 17th Aug' 24. 25 emails later and still no replacement ring - Now Nov 24th '24. Over one year and only used for a few months. Asked for a refund numerous times and ignored, promising the ring will be shipped 'soon'. Just a refund wanted. Draw your own conclusions!!!

Ring does not work. The app looks fine, but if no ring what's the point. Support had me repeat the same steps that didn't work 10x, the they started ghosting me. Now I have a really expensive decorative ring that does nothing. Don't waste your money.
