fix the damn app. The last week it will not open so I finally uninstalled and reinstalled. now it will not allow me to get to Dow Jones to sign in. it wants me to buy another subscription. this is ridiculous. I pay too much to be having this kind of issues with a simple News app. it's the digital age. this should be your forte! fix it!

This app has been unusable for about a month now. Every second article, triggers an infinite looping, which cannot be stopped except by turning the phone off. I've notified support. I have no idea why this is taking so long to fix. my app is up to date as of the end of June 2026.
