2025-01-16	AD*****	I won't even give them 1 star they don't pay you for shift that you have worked for I have yet to be paid for 3 shifts £318 and I have chased them a they are give useless answer and avoiding any responsibility by saying the client has not paid but I some how chased the client and asked for a proof of payment and now I'm still not yet paid by temper they would say finqle is a financial partner that take care of it So I don't know what's exactly going. Do not use this at all

2024-12-20	Md*****	Slow reply on their chat. Not much work. Very low pay (14p/h with invoice are you mad?) You need to pay them a 2% commission to be paid early and with no fuss, or you are just gonna have to wait 2 weeks and hope that the client will actually pay you. Rubbish app.

2024-12-12	R *****	This is a nice app for freelance workers, but improve the renewal of shift application, shifts with 1-2 spot can't allow 18 people to apply the shift shouldn't be available after 4 applications for steady rotation flow of new shifts; To have substitution for a time slot that has passed (9am shifts still available at 10/11am) NONSENSE. The Worst and more important: I called clients they confirmed PAYMENTS TRANSFER no issues I still didn't receive €€; STAFF 4 days reply / NO reply solved NOTHING!!

2024-11-14	al*****	Wish I could give a review without giving a star...well I downloaded it and when I opened it there was some country option I tried to select one but there was an error and it didn't work then I restarted the app and tried to view the other screens but there was a message on every screen ''something went wrong'' and nothing else wasted time.

2024-10-21	A *****	When it works, it works. Payments are sometimes paid within 3 days and have met pleasant clients and worked some interesting shifts. However, when it doesn't work, it's disastrous. Have had to chase clients for payment - please note they are NOT an agency meaning you are self-employed and Responsible for chasing after payments if they're late. (They're almost always late). You are given a rating after every shift which is dependent on if the client likes you or not rather than quality of work

2024-05-31	Gr*****	Please make it possible to choose location without giving away current location.. Temper is not Tinder... Also minus one star for constant verification and demand of selfies... Plus I can't seem to get phone notifications sometimes. I should have the same notifications as the email but in my phone, otherwise its useless. Also please remove the intro animation its really long and annoying

2024-05-17	S *****	This app is criminally bad. I don't get notifications if I get accepted or rejected for shifts, my temper ID and flex pools are not loaded when I click on them. Also, I contacted temper days ago and I haven't received an answer as of yet. If we can get fined 100 euros and ruin our rating by not showing up for shifts, the app should be able to send notifications! Also, shifts are incorrectly displayed as not paid, when in fact they are paid.

I put up my shift for replacement and got a lot of applicant, but when it came to aacceptany , couldn't. I opened a chat with them, astill waiting for a response. I send them an email without getting a reply. I called them multiple times, and no one picked up. Now I got a no-show for something that wasn't my fault. A problem that could have had an easy fix hasn't been. I wont be paying for an undeserved no-show

2024-04-01	Ma*****	An amazing idea, however there are some things to improve: - cancelled/not chosen shifts stay for too long - checkouts cannot be completed before shift is over - when negotiating rate the curser keeps jumping to the end, making it annoying to edit the message - List of paid shifts repeats same shifts multiple times - companies can choose someone very close to the starting time and then fining them for a no-show - feature of adding languages to profile cannot be seen nor edited anywhere
