2023-12-28	Yi*****	Worst experience of using this brand and app. QR scanner is not working well and wasted so much of my time by trying to move the load of laundry from machine to machine because I thought it might be the machine problem. But turns out to be the app isn't working well. Took money from true wallet and machine didn't start. Call center also not helpful. Another payment type is also taking forever to generate QR. Another thing is, doesn't have coin exchange machine either. Will never use again.
