Time recording
The timekeeping can with the mobile time clock with a few clicks on the businesses (driving time, working time and pause time), and dynamically map the column structure with respect to a work order. Working hours are checked for plausibility.
If a booking has been forgotten, it can be recorded subsequently through a form.
The time recording can also be done when the machine has just a network connection (Wi-Fi, 3G, LTE), all information is stored and when the network connection is re-sent automatically. This enables live controlling of each site.

Construction documentation
The construction documents done with photos, because a picture is worth a 1000 words. The photo can be given a title, and it is, together with the time stamp and the associated employee information stored directly in the provided folder with project reference.
Alternatively, checklists or free text fields can be used for the construction documentation.

The customer acquisition takes place in a slim form and the data can be filled in automatically with the help of Google.

project acquisition
The projects can be backed with a meaningful title, the planned period of execution and the site address. Furthermore, even photos can be added.

Work Order Management
The work orders are assigned to the respective projects and thus also the basis for timekeeping and the construction documentation. A precise daily scheduling and planning column is possible. Also, a risk assessment will be deposited.

access permissions
The app has a comprehensive authorization concept that allows any button of which user depends logged or hide. This allows you to customize the app to the hierarchical structure and the internal work processes optimally.
