Fits very well to my installed Windows98se XFCE theme's grey coloration of the taskbar and even inks the popup menus of added bookmark-bar folders with this wanted Win98 grey.
The "system theme" setting of Firefox just ignores the folder coloration so it stays uncolored/white, when picking the system standard theme setting of Firefox.
But thanks to this Windows 98 SE Theme here, I now have everything in this beautiful Win98 grey color and even Folder listings are Win98 grey as they should be :)
