The developer Yasya promised for a lifetime license, even confirmed on whatsapp conversation personally with him. However, he just changed it with a snap after a month of use. Dishonoured promise, now forcing user to pay on monthly basis. Honestly, it is not the subscription fees that matter (it's only $5 a month), but it's his integrity that matters. He confirmed personally license is free for lifetime. PM me, i could share evidence of conversation upon request. Becareful of this developer. Integrity matters. I started to regret and wonder if our data on whatsapp has been compromised. Anyway, good luck using this app guys. Comment update 1: The developer offer a 'complimentary access' per response below. To clarify, he offered a pathetic 15 days access to what has been promised "a lifetime license", which is not a sincere gesture. Unfortunately, your 'responsibility' gesture is an insult to customer. Again, i wish to clarify, it is not the $5 a month that matters. Your character matters. If u hold a windows 7 license on a promise of lifetime license, your future rollout of windows 11 will not affect the usage of windows 7 user. Only new users of windows 11 will need a subscription. Pls get your facts right and don't try to sugar coat your integrity issue and mislead existing/new user. As the old saying goes "don't defend the indefensible". Btw, your response "I initially communicated a different licensing plan..." reflects why i keep emphasising integrity matters. Just explain to users and tell "I initially communicated a lifetime plan". Don't pretend to be courteous when you're not. Be true to yourself and users pls. Btw, i am not here trying to argue/defame the developer. Everyone knows it's all hard work in making an app/ extension work. I am leaving a comment just to share my bitter experience. Pls continue to support this app if you find this app to be useful and trustworthy. Comment update 2 (7/12/25): Just be honest. Just admit you have misled user on the promise of a lifetime license - simple as that. It is a crime, legally, when u misrepresent in any binding contract, in any jurisdiction. Don't play with words trying to paint a noble character by misleading users saying "giving complementary access" or "good faith" etc. Your "adjustment" should not affect existing user. People have bought the lifetime license from you (be it $1 or $1,000 or whatever amount). Pls be clear of that. You are twisting facts. As i commented previously, your character play a crucial part in the trustworthiness of your product. Note to users reading these comments (or drama here), red flags of this extension - based on the following:- a) how is your whatsapp data being managed is a myth b) transparency of extension (not an open-source app/license) c) bad character of developer (still refused to admit wrongdoing, worst, trying hard to sugar coat, playing 'victim' here. You just need to apologize formally and i shall stop commenting further, including and possibly removing the entire comments here) Pls don't pretend to be noble and courteous. The more you're pretending it in your replies, the more i have to write and share about it with users. As always, note to other users, pls continue to support this ext if you find this ext to be useful and trustworthy. No offense to developer. I am just not being satisfied with your formal replies and feeling getting cheated. Simple as that.
