Wellness UnLAOISed is a free 12-week online evidence-based exercise, nutrition, and health education programme for adults of all ages and fitness abilities. It is designed by experts (clinical exercise physiologists, exercise physiologists, qualified fitness professionals, registered associate nutritionists, health researchers) to help you improve your health through live and on-demand exercise classes, and education on topics such as exercise, nutrition, and health. You will learn the skills and knowledge you need from passionate professionals to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviours in the long term.

To keep you motivated we will upload new content each week throughout the live 12-week programme. From recipes to workouts, challenges to resources, you will get exclusive access to this content. Join our Wellness UnLAOISed programme and you will have access to:

• Live and on-demand exercise classes for adults of all ages and fitness abilities. Wellness UnLAOISed is for everybody, whether you are starting out on your fitness and health journey or looking to build more progress, our exercise classes are suitable for all levels and goals. All classes are led by qualified exercise instructors with regressions and progressions available for all exercises. The on-demand exercise classes are recorded in real-time and range from 3 minutes to 60 minutes to ensure you can train wherever and whenever you need it. The exercise classes are perfect for those who prefer to train at home or in a quieter area of the gym as minimal equipment is needed for the classes. This programme is expertly designed improve fitness, flexibility, balance and build strength.

• Delicious and Nutritious recipes. Choose from a range of simple, delicious, and nutritious recipes formulated by our nutritionist. It’s time to nourish your body towards a healthier lifestyle.

• Additional features such as challenges, seasonal recipes and resources such as a weekly training diary, meal planner and shopping list templates.

Please note that the delivery of this programme is subject to funding. If you would like to join the Wellness UnLAOISed programme, please contact Laois Sports Partnership for details of upcoming courses and ask to be enrolled in the next live Wellness UnLAOISed programme. You will get access to the content in the app when you are enrolled.
