PDF to TXT Reader is a lightweight utility that converts PDF files to plain text (UTF-8). It focuses on reliable text extraction with a simple interface and an option to cache converted documents for quick reuse.

Features include exporting pure text, UTF-8 output, and easy opening with the default PDF/text viewer. It supports light and dark themes. Note: images in PDFs cannot be converted to text; OCR is required. Based on XPDF 3.04; source code is available on GitHub.
