I was trying to buy a vps and was confused which one to go far given there was no server in my country and I was afraid about selecting a wrong region as oci doesn't allow you to change. This app saved my life, great work developer. Update suggestions: 1. Cross ping tests, maybe between oracle and Google server in Dubai. 2. Maybe has the option to quick test all the servers and provide the fastest one to my the list from cross server or server of selection.
