Web to Data Firefox

Web to Data

Turn any webpage into a spreadsheet. Select what you want. Export in seconds.

Features & Capabilities

Turn any website into a spreadsheet — without writing selectors or code.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Open a page with a list: products, a business directory, search results, a table.
  2. Click the Web to Data icon, then click one value, like a product name.
  3. Every similar item on the page is found for you. Add more columns: price, link, image, rating.
  4. Preview the table and export to Excel, CSV or JSON, copy it, or send it to Google Sheets.

FREE • Point-and-click selection with automatic detection of repeated items (cards, table rows, list items) • Unlimited rows, exported to Excel (.xlsx), CSV or the clipboard • Clean values as you extract: prices as numbers, every email and phone number, or your own pattern • Text, link URLs, image URLs and any attribute • Save up to 3 recipes and run them again next time you visit the site • Ready-made recipes for supported sites, and recipes you can share with a teammate: copy, send, paste • Works on pages you are logged into — it runs in your own browser

PRO • Every page: follows Next buttons and infinite scroll • Details from linked pages: pick extra fields on one detail page, get them for every row • Contacts from company websites: turn a directory into a lead list with emails, phones and social profiles • Scheduled runs with alerts: get only new and changed rows, or only when a price drops or crosses a level — as a notification, in your Google Sheet, or to a webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n) • Export only the rows you haven't exported before • Run a recipe on a list of URLs from the same site • Describe what you want in plain English and let AI suggest the fields (uses your own Anthropic API key) • Google Sheets and JSON export, unlimited recipes, extraction history

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no server, no analytics. Extraction runs in your browser, and extracted data is never sent to us. Data only leaves your browser when you choose: to your Google Sheet, to your webhook, or to Anthropic when you use AI with your own key.

Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year (save 31%), activated with the license key from your purchase email. Cancel auto-renewal anytime from "Manage, cancel or resume subscription": Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume before then.

Please only extract data you are allowed to access, and follow each website's terms and the privacy law that applies to you.

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
