A "new tab" page that displays daily changing images from various sources as well as top sites.

Selectable sources: a folder on your hard drive, NASA APOD, Bing daily image, Wikimedia Commons Image of the day, The Met, Flickr Explore

Additionally, the tab can optionally display customizable top sites.

I made this extension because I explicitly wanted a changing background image for my new tabs WITHOUT any tracking involved. This thing is completely open source and NO DATA AT ALL is transmitted to me.
