2024-12-20	Je*****	I really appreciate the initiator of e-Pocket it help me a lot to send money, easy no stress and there customers service is topnotch mostly Dejan that guy is awesome once I becon on him,he always available to help, this is one app I have ever commented on because of how helpful it has been to me, an observation each time I deposit some fund I don't get credited even afer 24 hrs, not until I call or text before the fund will be available in my wallet you guys need to work on that thanks e-Pocket

2024-06-14	Ja*****	EDIT: look, it was a rocky start. But the team have really stepped up to make sure communication is now consistent and clear. Haven't had any problems since :) Also big shout out to Dejan for always being on top of things.

2024-05-21	No*****	Great service and friendly staff who are very helpful and do their best to help you out and especially if you are not very tech savvy like myself but i received the help to get me started sending money to my friends and family in Kenya. They have a very smart management team that Ian Platt in Sydney takes care of all the time working from home and work with the team in Melbourne Victoria and the customer service team is working hard to fix any problems that is why I have given you all five stars

He was super proactive not only by letting me know the exchange rare but also in make sure that it is processed on time.. Customerservice team is super responsive and quick in resolving the issue which I faced initially. Love it... only suggestion is interphase can be little better as I face some glitch in time. Suddenly app stop working, unable to type amount are couple which I have noticed.
