Cause how on earth will I do a data transfer of 18gb to someone since 2nd of July my account was debited and the receiver didn't get it and up to date it has not being reversed. Sent a message to the customer support WhatsApp line, sent a mail in regards of it and still no response. Like does it make any sense at all. Please if there's anything to be done kindly get it done please
