Contract Management: Supports the management of the full lifecycle of an electronic contract, from creation, negotiation, signing to contract change, suspension, cancellation, lawsuit or contract termination.
Online identification: Provide eKYC and Video KYC solutions that allow customer identification, as well as allow customers to identify partners participating in the contract.
Online negotiation: Allows the parties to discuss, record changes to the contract content, negotiate terms and can adjust the content of the contract completely online
Digital signature solution: Supports all types of digital signatures of all digital certificate service providers in Vietnam. For example USB token, Digital Sign Server, etc.
Electronic signing solution: Provide users who do not have a digital certificate to still be able to sign an electronic contract while still ensuring safety, meeting the conditions and principles of Vietnam's E-Transaction Law.
