Namod Partner is an app for freelance nannies looking for work caring for mothers and babies.

Anyone 18 years old or older can apply for free through the app. Job seekers don't need an invitation code and don't need to be affiliated with an existing organization. Simply verify your phone number, fill out the profile, submit your application, and track your status directly on Namod Partner.

JOB AREA FOR APPROVED PROFILES
After completing the review process for a home care job, caregivers log in with their registered phone number to:

• View upcoming shifts, current shifts, and shift history

• View client name, time, address, services, and family notes

• Start, end, and submit shift reports

• Message about work on the app

• Track shift and monthly commission

Viewing profiles helps Namod ensure the safety of mothers, babies, and caregivers. This is a candidate evaluation step for a public job platform, not limited to a company's personnel.
