Người dùng đánh giá cao chất lượng giọng đọc và sự đa dạng nội dung, cùng với giao diện dễ dùng và dịch vụ chăm sóc tốt. Tuy nhiên, họ phàn nàn nhiều về giá cả phức tạp và việc nội dung chủ yếu ở dạng Premium khiến phải trả thêm, cùng với các vấn đề về ổn định ứng dụng và tải xuống/offline. Danh mục còn thiếu so với mong đợi và hỗ trợ người dùng có thể cải thiện. Overall, nội dung hay nhưng cần vá lỗi và cân nhắc lại mô hình giá.

Cons

Giá đăng ký rối rắm và chi phí cao; gói hội viên chủ yếu là Premium khiến nhiều sách phải mua thêm.
Nhiều sách không thuộc gói hội viên, gây mất phí bổ sung và chưa rõ ràng về quyền lợi.
Khả năng nghe offline và tải xuống còn yếu, thường gặp lỗi hoặc phải tải lại.
Lỗi và hiệu suất kém: lag, crash và không tương thích tốt với Android Auto.
Hỗ trợ khách hàng chậm và các chương trình khuyến mại, ưu đãi không còn rõ ràng hay hấp dẫn.

Đóng tiền gói lite thì toàn sách kiểu miễn phí rẻ tiền, rẻ chất lượng. Noti thì push suốt. Gói thành viên mà cứ chèo kéo mua thẻ thêm các kiểu. Muốn bán thẻ thì bán thẻ đi, đừng bày thêm hói thành viên, tốn tiền lãng phí của khách hàng. Các mục setting thì lởm, bấm Back là thoát app chứ không về trang trước. Chat hỗ trợ thì dùng Bot, chả giải quyết chuyện gì. Kém!
